Processing time: We make the personalized mugs by hand:) They take 2-3 weeks to process.
When you add this to cart a note section pops up under your order. You can add here the name or names if you are ordering multiple mugs and tumblers. One tip to share is that we will cut and paste the names so we recommend double checking the spelling, and that all the names are there with no duplicates since sometimes these go into production within moments of ordering them.
When adding your personalization to the "notes" box at checkout, rest assured that the information does come through. :) They will not show up on your order confirmation, but they are received. If we are missing any information we will reach out to you by email before making your order.
