These pens have to be the prettiest pens I have ever used! They have a nice quality weight to them, twist to open, the stylus tip is a super soft white, and the color is great for guys or gals.

*These pens are refillable, you just pull off the top half and load in your new refill. You can find refills on amazon here. This is one option however, there are many options on Amazon for refills that are 4.5" long.
