I love perpetual calendars since they can be used for any year. Once you complete the calendar these are the perfect 8x10 size to frame! I love using an 11x14 frame combined with white matting.
As I flip through this calendar I hope so much that these paintings will stir up happy thoughts as they hang on your walls. When painting these I thought of so many friends doing what they long to do. The one of the ocean reminds me of my mother-in-law who grew up in the Bahamas snorkeling and diving for most of her youth and she longs to do it again one day when the reefs are restored. The moose was painted for a sister who lives in WA and they spend hours waiting just to catch a glimpse of one. The one filled with birds is a place I daydream of often. I hope they brighten your days!
